Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML): Building, deploying, and maintaining state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms with an accent on optimizing price recommendation algorithms. Focus on demand forecasting, product recommendation, genAI pipelines, and image recognition.

Location: Hybrid, based in Paris. Team distributed across Paris, Barcelona, and Brussels.

What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
• Improve the price recommendation algorithm to optimize margin.
• Contribute to demand forecasting, product recommendation, genAI pipelines, and image recognition.
• Create insights and visualizations of data.
• A/B test ML models on the website and learn from the results.
• Write production-ready code.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data science (after end of study).
• Education: Top engineering school in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical field.
• Strong statistical, analytical, and deep learning skills.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and serving.
• Comfortable working with large-scale datasets and Git.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, MLFlow.
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with DBT.
• Experience with demand forecasting or pricing.
