What you will do
- Conduct live product demos and discovery calls to guide prospective clients through the onboarding process.
- Manage the full inbound sales cycle from qualification to closing multi-year contracts.
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand usage within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation to ensure actionable pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide suggestions to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience with SaaS contracts (average value $5K+).
- Experience running live product demos and discovery calls.
- Must be able to commit to CET-aligned working hours (08:00–17:00 or 15:00–23:00).
- Analytical mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
- Understanding of MarTech platforms and marketing workflows.
- Experience selling to or working with marketing agencies.
