TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct live product demos and discovery calls to guide prospective clients through the onboarding process.
  • Manage the full inbound sales cycle from qualification to closing multi-year contracts.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand usage within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation to ensure actionable pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide suggestions to improve the overall sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience with SaaS contracts (average value $5K+).
  • Experience running live product demos and discovery calls.
  • Must be able to commit to CET-aligned working hours (08:00–17:00 or 15:00–23:00).
  • Analytical mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of MarTech platforms and marketing workflows.
  • Experience selling to or working with marketing agencies.
