What you will do
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant brokers globally to expand the partnership network.
- Manage ongoing communication with broker partners and act as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase commission generation and deal value.
- Negotiate IB deals, revenue share agreements, and hybrid commission structures.
- Analyze broker relationships to identify revenue gaps and optimize partnership performance.
- Define and communicate the platform's value proposition to brokers and brokerage leadership.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or similar commercial role within a brokerage, preferably CFD brokers.
- Strong understanding of the prop trading and brokerage space, including IB models and commission structures.
- Proven ability to build and manage business relationships with a commercial mindset.
- Experience negotiating IB deals, revenue share agreements, or CPA models.
- English: C1+ proficiency required for professional external representation.
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous environment.
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with IBs, affiliates, or partner networks on the broker side.
- Clear familiarity with the prop trading industry and the company's mission.
