Project Manager - Core Banking Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale core bankhirify.global migration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, testhirify.global, and migration activities across multiple teams.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive governance, reporthirify.global, and decision-makhirify.global with senior management.
• Ensure delivery meets regulatory, security, risk, and audit requirements.
• Support AI-enabled delivery practices and the migration and decommissionhirify.global of legacy bankhirify.global platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in large, complex IT or transformation programmes.
• Experience in bankhirify.global, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Track record of leadhirify.global migration, modernization, or core bankhirify.global transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, risk management, dependency management, budgethirify.global, and senior-level governance skills.
• Experience with core bankhirify.global platforms, COBOL modernization, data migration, and Agile delivery at scale ushirify.global SAFe.
• Knowledge of lendhirify.global products, bankhirify.global operations, modern software delivery practices, and AI-supported tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or Azure AI Services.
