What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services to integrate AI Agents with CCaaS platforms.
• Architect systems for real-time conversation state, context propagation, and lifecycle management.
• Implement seamless, context-aware AI-to-human handoff mechanisms.
• Develop secure, reliable integrations with voice, chat, and messaging APIs.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to operationalize AI Agent capabilities in live environments.
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and observability for real-time conversation systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend systems development for production environments.
• Strong proficiency in designing and maintaining REST and gRPC APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and real-time communication architecture.
• Experience integrating with enterprise-grade third-party APIs.
• Experience with containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of system reliability, observability, and security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working with CCaaS platforms or contact center systems.
