What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for subscription management backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and robust backend solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features based on business impact.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to support subscription lifecycle initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and KPIs to optimize subscription change flows and system performance.
• Communicate product plans and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; sponsorship is not provided.
• Proven experience in backend product management, ideally within subscription or streaming services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide product decisions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
