What you will do
- Define the product roadmap and product specifications for customer support solutions in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
- Run product discovery with customers and internal partners to identify pain points and validate ideas via research, experiments, and rapid iterations.
- Prioritise and plan product development efforts with development teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional agile delivery, organising day-to-day work and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
- Manage stakeholders, with ry focus on the Customer Care team and collaboration with other departments locally and globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building software products with tangible impact.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic approach: break down problems, support decisions with data, and focus on outcomes.
- Clear communication across disciplines and cultures; fluent English.
- AI expertise with practical experience deploying Chat and Voice bots for customer care.
- Ability to navigate technical conversations and work with complex systems.
- Customer care analytics experience with ticketing/contact data, resolution times, and support platforms (preferably Zendesk).
Nice to have
- Experience across multiple markets or culturally diverse teams.
- Insurance industry knowledge or familiarity with other highly regulated sectors.
- Italian and Spanish (Italian and Spanish are a plus).
