What you will do

  • Define the product roadmap and product specifications for customer support solutions in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
  • Run product discovery with customers and internal partners to identify pain points and validate ideas via research, experiments, and rapid iterations.
  • Prioritise and plan product development efforts with development teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional agile delivery, organising day-to-day work and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
  • Manage stakeholders, with hirify.globalry focus on the Customer Care team and collaboration with other departments locally and globally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building software products with tangible impact.
  • Strong analytical and pragmatic approach: break down problems, support decisions with data, and focus on outcomes.
  • Clear communication across disciplines and cultures; fluent English.
  • AI expertise with practical experience deploying Chat and Voice bots for customer care.
  • Ability to navigate technical conversations and work with complex systems.
  • Customer care analytics experience with ticketing/contact data, resolution times, and support platforms (preferably Zendesk).

Nice to have

  • Experience across multiple markets or culturally diverse teams.
  • Insurance industry knowledge or familiarity with other highly regulated sectors.
  • Italian and Spanish (Italian and Spanish are a plus).
