What you will do

• Develop net new business and cross-sell opportunities across the APAC region.
• Build and execute a structured outbound prospecting strategy to identify high-quality leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop custom proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Utilize AI tools to improve research, outreach, and sales workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement and outbound prospecting.
• Baseline understanding of digital assets and the crypto economy.
• Experience with complex B2B sales methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics in crypto or traditional finance.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to crypto-native financial services.
• Fluency in other APAC languages such as Bahasa or Malay.
