What you will do

• Manage daily quality and commissioning construction activities on-site to ensure alignment with design documents.
• Coordinate general contractors, trade partners, and vendors to meet project milestones and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support system commissioning and seamless facility turnover.
• Enforce safety standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
• Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and coordinate mitigation strategies for potential delays.
• Ensure all construction activities meet QA/QC standards, design specifications, and regulatory codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects (data center, industrial, or utility-scale).
• Deep technical fluency across MEP systems.
• Proven success managing and coordinating commissioning efforts.
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Afton, Texas.
