What you will do

• Develop and implement regional market concepts within the Business and Key Account strategy framework.
• Manage and grow local accounts, sales channels, and technical service activities across EMEA.
• Drive business profitability by promoting product portfolios to target customer segments.
• Represent the commercial and technical interface with customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Initiate and negotiate mid- and long-term supply contracts with mid-size accounts.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the specialty chemicals industry.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Must be based in Barcelona or willing to work from the office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience working in more than one country or cross-functional management experience.
• Market or application knowledge in detergents, home care, cleaning products, or chemical intermediates.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
