What you will do

  • Deliver high-quality support and advisory services across international mobility processes.
  • Provide responsive, accurate, solutions-focused support for employees and stakeholders.
  • Build partnerships across teams to enable smooth collaboration.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in service delivery and ways of working.
  • Challenge existing practices constructively and bring fresh perspectives.
  • Own outcomes and follow through with accountability while supporting team service goals.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational experience in international mobility and global mobility operations (Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, Foreign Local Hires).
  • Experience covering APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Strong service mindset with ability to deliver a positive stakeholder experience.
  • Mindset for continuous improvement and comfort challenging practices constructively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
  • Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is an advantage.
