What you will do
- Deliver high-quality support and advisory services across international mobility processes.
- Provide responsive, accurate, solutions-focused support for employees and stakeholders.
- Build partnerships across teams to enable smooth collaboration.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in service delivery and ways of working.
- Challenge existing practices constructively and bring fresh perspectives.
- Own outcomes and follow through with accountability while supporting team service goals.
Requirements
- Strong foundational experience in international mobility and global mobility operations (Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, Foreign Local Hires).
- Experience covering APAC and EMEA regions.
- Strong service mindset with ability to deliver a positive stakeholder experience.
- Mindset for continuous improvement and comfort challenging practices constructively.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
- Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow is an advantage.
