What you will do
- Gather and clarify business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define functional requirements from scratch and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers on user flows, wireframes, and interface logic.
- Establish lightweight and scalable documentation standards for requirements and specs.
- Support developers during implementation to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Review UI implementations to ensure alignment with business expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong experience working with UI/UX teams on web or mobile applications.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Understanding of user flows, UI behavior, and interaction design principles.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and designers.
- Must be based in Ukraine or Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage or fast-growing product environments.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar UI design tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and frontend-backend communication.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or operations-heavy products.
