What you will do

• Analyze support case trends and escalate recurring issues to Product Creation teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on critical customer experience challenges and recommend improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product launch projects.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across Customer Experience & Engagement teams.
• Drive post-launch Hypercare to ensure cross-functional alignment and quick issue resolution.
• Transition product support to business-as-usual operations after the Hypercare period.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Collaborative and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kyiv office.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in CRM, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Prior knowledge of hirify.global products.
