What you will do

• Act as the first-line contact for customer enquiries via phone and email regarding technical issues, adverse events, or product complaints.
• Submit and track suspected adverse events and product complaints in the PV system according to global and local guidelines.
• Provide technical information based on product documentation, SPCs, package leaflets, and FAQ databases.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to acquire necessary additional information for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with DACH Sales & Marketing Managers to ensure effective execution of activities across the region.
• Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects, market surveys, and sales analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and probing questioning skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical/scientific knowledge effectively.
• Professional attitude, high attention to detail, and a compliance mindset.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmacovigilance, healthcare, or veterinary clinics.
• Prior experience handling technical product enquiries or adverse event reporting.
• Ability to operate effectively within a global team environment.
