• Maintain clear and compliant logs of all enquiries in internal systems.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical information documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide mentorship to new team members.

Требования

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine required.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 level) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
