• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify and document adverse events and product quality issues in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medical writing for inquiry responses and adverse event narratives.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments regarding product complaints.
• Critically evaluate medical literature to support written dissemination of drug information.
• Participate in miscellaneous projects including market research and sales training support.

Требования

• Pharmacy degree or equivalent required.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work European business hours (8am-6pm CET).
