What you will do

• Lead incident response for business-critical services, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore service quickly.
• Drive blameless postmortems and root cause analysis to turn recurring issues into systemic fixes.
• Proactively identify and reduce sources of instability by analyzing production failures.
• Serve as a senior technical resource and reliability advisor, guiding teams toward operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product teams on design reviews, resilience reviews, and operational acceptance.
• Create clear documentation to enable the adoption of reliability improvements at scale across business domains.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering operating high-traffic services.
• Proven experience in incident management and the ability to navigate high-pressure production issues.
• Track record of identifying reliability risks through metrics, architecture reviews, or resilience testing.
• Fluent business communication in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Kosice, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with public cloud technologies and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience or strong interest in operating LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, or agentic workloads.
