What you will do

• Evolve and operate a multi-cloud platform ecosystem across AWS and Azure.
• Enable engineering teams through self-service capabilities and reusable platform components.
• Define and govern engineering standards, golden paths, and best practices for infrastructure delivery.
• Drive automation initiatives to increase reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Lead strategic initiatives in cloud optimization, security, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering in complex multi-cloud environments.
• Must be based in the European Union region and possess a valid work permit.
• Strong expertise in Terraform, including module development and large-scale state management.
• Hands-on experience administering Harness and Backstage in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for platform tooling and automation.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Control Tower, Azure Management Groups, and Kubernetes platform engineering.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Understanding of Java and/or .NET build ecosystems.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at Solutions Architect level.
