What you will do

• Manage electrical design deliverables from initial engineering specifications to final site commissioning.
• Apply project standards and technical requirements to ensure high-quality engineering outputs.
• Participate in installation supervision, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and site service activities.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve engineering issues independently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Monitor task progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and quality assurance plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paper industry engineering or related sectors.
• Proficiency in English for daily international communication.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global products and relevant engineering systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Xi'an.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
