What you will do

• Act as the primary interface for customers and external partners during order processing and project execution.
• Coordinate delivery and project execution plans across internal departments, including Operations, QA, Planning, and Finance.
• Perform expediting activities to monitor material and equipment status from suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor delivery milestones, proactively identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain OTP > 90%.
• Control project-related costs and support monthly sales reporting and invoicing activities.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate the implementation of resolution measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, order handling, or engineering roles within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in SAP order handling and delivery-related modules, as well as CRM systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for effective communication with global teams.
• Experience in delivery coordination, schedule control, and supplier follow-up.
