Senior Originator (Renewable Energy)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work model (up to 8 days of mobile work per month).

What you will do

• Identify target markets and potential partners/customers aligned with the business plan.
• Define the most suitable business models and structures for market operations.
• Lead interactions with partners and customers to originate and close complex deals.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for new opportunities.
• Prepare and submit deal approval documentation (Gate 0 and Gate 1).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in origination, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing complex transactions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel.

• Additional specialization or training in Renewable Energy financing and M&A.
