What you will do
- Manage warranty issues and punch lists according to project management instructions.
- Coordinate resources including engineering, purchasing, and site workforce.
- Maintain detailed logbooks of project milestones and incidents.
- Communicate directly with customers to provide technical support and collect operational data.
- Plan and execute site inspections and shutdown activities.
- Identify and report service and maintenance sales leads to the sales department.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language
- Proven experience in field installation and shutdown activities.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and product development.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team building and goal-oriented decision-making.
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong service mindset.
