Program Manager (Broadcast/Media)

Program Manager (Broadcast/Media): Overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of projects for new projects, efficiency, and service excellence across NEP’s production ecosystem with an accent on strategic program leadership and stakeholder management. Focus on leading major TFC programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and client delivery.

Location: Onsite in Southbank VIC, Australia. You must have the right to live and work in Australia.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major TFC programs aligned with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, broadcast operations, IT, and client teams to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional communication.
• Develop program dashboards, track KPIs, and report on milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive organizational readiness and training for new systems, tools, or workflows introduced by the TFC team.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies in project delivery, communication flow, and resource management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or multi-project portfolios, preferably within broadcast, media, or live production industries.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must have the right to live and work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is advantageous.
