Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major TFC programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, broadcast operations, IT, and client-facing teams to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional communication.
• Develop program dashboards, track KPIs, and report on milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive organizational readiness for new systems, tools, or workflows introduced by the TFC team, ensuring adoption and training across departments.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies in project delivery, communication flow, and resource management within the TFC portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or multi-project portfolios, preferably within broadcast, media, or live production industries.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is advantageous.
