What you will do
- Own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Complaints and Frontline Sales Governance Forums.
- Act as senior secretariat by setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and maintaining a clear audit trail of decisions.
- Drive the uplift of non-financial risk reporting across complaints, customer risk, sales conduct, and vulnerability themes.
- Align all governance activities with regulatory commitments and enforceable undertakings.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to embed resilient and repeatable governance practices.
- Lead and develop a Senior Manager of Governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior risk, governance, or compliance roles within regulated industries such as telco, banking, or insurance.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing audit-worthy governance forums, ideally within regulatory response programs.
- Deep understanding of non-financial risk fields including complaints management and customer vulnerability.
- Track record of influencing and advising executive-level collaborators.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fastidious attention to detail and dedication to record-keeping perfection.
