Location: Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area. Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to be in the San Francisco office at least 4 hours per week.

Salary: $20–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Support clinical trial activities across different programs.
• Maintain and organize clinical and regulatory documents, such as study trackers and correspondence logs.
• Assist with retrospective data analysis in commercial programs.
• Prepare materials, presentation slides, and study updates for internal meetings and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Clinical Operations team.
• Learn and work within GCP-compliant processes and clinical trial workflows.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or associate degree program, preferably in biology, public health, health sciences, or psychology.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Adobe Acrobat.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in a related field.
• Prior coursework in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience in clinical research.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
