What you will do

• Represent the company as a clinical expert to clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
• Deliver scientific presentations on genomics and genetic testing products.
• Support healthcare providers in implementing programs for pre-test counseling and result interpretation.
• Partner with regional sales leadership to direct field strategy and provide coaching to account executives.
• Gather and share regional clinical insights with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling required.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical, academic, or industry role as a genetic counselor.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Must be based in the Mid-Atlantic US.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time within the assigned region.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
