What you will do
- Define and execute long-term risk strategies to ensure the profitability of the football vertical.
- Manage player segmentation, VIP limits, blacklists, and bet cancellation policies.
- Lead and develop a team of Soccer Risk Managers, establishing KPIs and quality standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex risk cases and support VIP client negotiations.
- Collaborate with Trading and Product teams to design risk dashboards and automation tools.
- Analyze GGR, margin, and liability to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sportsbook Risk Management, Trading, or a similar leadership role.
- Deep expertise in football betting markets, customer behavior, and sportsbook economics.
- Proven experience in team management and talent development.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
