Location: Remote (Global). Relocation opportunities available to Latvia, Malta, Spain, or Montenegro.

What you will do

  • Formulate long-term development strategies for the sports unit to drive exponential profitability.
  • Maintain full accountability for budgeting and P&L control.
  • Adjust betting line delivery strategies and resolve issues related to market depth or event coverage.
  • Collaborate with software developers to optimize model architecture and trading efficiency.
  • Identify and secure optimal data feeds while maximizing unit revenue.
  • Manage key product features like Betbuilder and Early Payout to enhance monetization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a sports vertical or division within major iGaming companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing a sports unit's P&L.
  • Deep understanding of the sports data provider market and cost optimization.
  • Strong mathematical literacy with a grasp of predictive modeling and probability.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
