What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new product features and platform improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product metrics and funnels to identify pain points and optimization opportunities.
• Define success metrics and interpret results for A/B testing and other validation experiments.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate alignment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in digital B2C products.
• Proven track record of writing detailed specifications and managing product backlogs.
• Hands-on experience using BI tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or Excel.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of system architecture concepts, including APIs, data flows, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming (sports betting, casino) or other high-transaction, high-load industries.
