Macadam, the app that rewards people for walking and already serves nearly 15 million users worldwide, is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition professional to join its People team. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role where you’ll help build pipelines of top talent across multiple business functions in a fast-growing international environment.

Responsibilities
— Own end-to-end recruitment processes across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and Operations roles
— Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels
— Manage high volumes of personalized outreach and track conversion metrics
— Conduct screening and qualification interviews
— Partner closely with hiring managers across the business
— Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to signed offer
— Maintain ATS data quality and share sourcing insights and market intelligence

Requirements
— 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a tech startup or agency environment
— Strong sourcing and outbound recruitment mindset
— Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
— Excellent organizational and communication skills
— Fluent English; Spanish or French is a plus
— Eagerness to learn and grow in an international, fast-paced company
