What you will do

• Design and deliver alumni engagement strategies, initiatives, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute high-quality events and major program milestones.
• Manage stakeholders across universities, government (DFAT), and the private sector.
• Drive business engagement and support internship and partnership opportunities.
• Lead and develop a small team to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee alumni databases and contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering alumni or engagement programs in education, scholarships, or public diplomacy.
• Strong project and event management experience within complex or government programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience leading teams and managing staff performance.
• Authority to live and work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience in procurement and managing external suppliers.
