What you will do

• Design and build a real-time, self-service 3-way financial reporting layer in Snowflake as a Single Source of Truth.
• Develop a systematic P&L attribution model mapped to channels, markets, and products in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Prototype and deploy applied ML/AI tools for automated cash and P&L forecasting, scenario modeling, and anomaly detection.
• Lead the technical evaluation and reconfiguration of the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) module and the broader BI ecosystem.
• Establish auditable reconciliation frameworks and codify sustainable documentation for a seamless hand-off.

Requirements

• Proven track record of executing end-to-end data pipelines and systems-level transformation roadmaps.
• High proficiency in data architecture, data modeling, and semantic layers, ideally using Snowflake.
• Experience with custom integration layers for ERPs or financial planning tools, specifically NetSuite.
• Demonstrated history of utilizing practical AI/ML tools or predictive modeling to automate business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex finance requirements and technical engineering standards.
• Must be based in Australia
