Compensation: $24 – $28 per hour

What you will do

• Perform various services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
• Commute to patient homes using a personal vehicle to provide care.
• Utilize mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
• Ensure proper labeling of samples and coordinate drop-offs to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and compassion during patient interactions.

Requirements

• Must have state required licensure or proof of training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Vehicle Insurance.
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Passing a national background check and DMV check.
• Proof of required vaccinations (including COVID-19 booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, and TDaP).
