What you will do

• Build end-to-end product experiences that help users learn AI through real tasks inside hirify.global products.
• Own full-stack product slices from prototype through launch, hardening, instrumentation, and iteration.
• Create intuitive flows for onboarding, guided modules, practice, knowledge checks, and progress tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including design, research, safety, and go-to-market to ship trustworthy experiences.
• Instrument product flows to analyze usage, friction, and learning signals to drive iterative improvements.
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scalability in a 0-to-1 product environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software, product, or full-stack engineer building high-quality user-facing products.
• Strong frontend or full-stack engineering skills, including comfort with modern web apps, APIs, and stateful user flows.
• Track record of turning ambiguous ideas into shipped products in fast-moving, 0-to-1 environments.
• High bar for UX quality, interaction details, accessibility, and user empathy.
• Ability to use qualitative feedback and product data to prioritize work and identify friction.
• Must be based in the US (San Francisco context).

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, tutoring, coaching, or workforce learning and enablement.
• Experience building LLM applications, AI products, or agent-assisted workflows.
• Experience with GTM systems, revenue, or customer-facing support products.
• Expertise in telemetry, experimentation, and learning measurement.
