What you will do

• Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for mechatronics infrastructure capabilities.
• Translate ECU and system-level needs into software architecture, interface definitions, and verification requirements.
• Define verification strategies and implement scalable automation using CI/CD and modern frameworks.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from system intent to automated tests and delivered results.
• Mentor engineers and establish high technical standards through coaching and reusable methods.
• Evaluate and scale AI/LLM-enabled workflows to accelerate requirements, testing, and debugging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded, infrastructure, platform, or automotive software.
• Strong C++ proficiency and experience with test automation and framework development.
• Deep understanding of embedded architecture, AUTOSAR Classic, and protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, DoIP).
• Familiarity with service-oriented concepts like SOME/IP, DDS, or REST.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software-defined vehicle (SDV) environments.
• Experience scaling test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with bench, HIL, SIL, and vehicle test workflows.
• Expertise in diagnostics, flash programming, cybersecurity, or controller safety.
