TL;DR
ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow): Implementing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across various client environments with an accent on custom development and platform configuration. Focus on building scalable integrations using Integration Hub and optimizing ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
Location: Hybrid in Melbourne or Perth. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and customer requirements.
- Build functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Support the delivery and enhancement of ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with architects, BAs, and clients to ensure aligned business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and deep understanding of ServiceNow data models.
- Expertise in core platform components such as ACLs, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Proven experience supporting integrations via REST APIs and Integration Hub.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, Agile environment.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
- Integration Hub Fundamentals certification.
