What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and customer requirements.
• Build functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
• Support the delivery and enhancement of ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and clients to ensure aligned business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and deep understanding of ServiceNow data models.
• Expertise in core platform components such as ACLs, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Proven experience supporting integrations via REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, Agile environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
• Integration Hub Fundamentals certification.
