Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing landing pages and site sections across multiple product domains using CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
• Write clean, semantic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to implement designs with pixel-level accuracy and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and implement image optimization, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
• Execute technical SEO, AEO, and GEO requirements, including schema markup (JSON-LD) and AI bot crawl accessibility.
• Implement A/B and multivariate tests to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Configure tracking infrastructure using GTM and GA4 event schemas.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional web development experience with a portfolio of marketing or SaaS sites.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and object-oriented PHP (Laravel).
• Hands-on experience with major CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot) including custom theme development.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, on-page performance optimization, and GTM/GA4.
• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical SEO, schema markup, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, or similar cloud/CDN infrastructure.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and AI-native web tooling.
