Salary: $64,000 - $76,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day website operations including publishing, QA, formatting, and CMS management.
• Execute website updates across Marketing, Legal, Events, and Product teams to ensure timely launches.
• Coordinate multilingual workflows and translation processes for global content delivery.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Contribute to SEO initiatives, content editing, and governance documentation to maintain a unified digital voice.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, or content publishing.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across diverse internal teams.
• Interest in developing expertise in SEO, web strategy, and AI-driven operational workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GA4, Crazy Egg, or SemRush.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization best practices.
