What you will do

• Own the product strategy for MTX content, evolving existing cosmetic categories and developing new ones.
• Drive a cohesive vision for how cosmetic content is designed, surfaced, and experienced in-game.
• Partner with Design, Art, and Production to optimize the end-to-end content pipeline for scalable delivery.
• Leverage qualitative research and quantitative data to understand player preferences and tastes.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance, discoverability, and player value perception.
• Define success metrics and evaluate performance to continuously improve content outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in AAA or live service games.
• Experience working on cosmetic content, live content systems, or monetization in free-to-play games.
• Strong understanding of player motivations and cosmetic-driven engagement.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams including Art, Design, and Production.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence creative and technical stakeholders.
