Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Los Angeles (HQ in Hawthorne, CA)

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including typography, color, and visual language.
• Create scalable brand guidelines and design systems for digital, print, and environmental applications.
• Design key brand assets, templates, infographics, and technical diagrams to convey complex data.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to iterate on concepts and messaging.
• Manage project priorities and timelines to ensure accuracy and quality for internal clients.
• Partner with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or Los Angeles.
• Strong experience in brand identity and working across diverse mediums at scale.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven track record of leading projects from strategy through execution.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. Person status preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in design, art, architecture, or industrial design.
• Experience with motion, animation, photography, or videography.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema4D.
