What you will do

• Develop key sales reports and dashboards to identify business opportunities, gaps, and key learnings.
• Synthesize information from syndicated data, internal shipments, and competitive intelligence to create business insights.
• Present data and findings in a meaningful format to organization partners to support business initiatives.
• Build and maintain reporting platforms to ensure high data integrity.
• Provide analytical support for external customer presentations in partnership with Account Management and Marketing.
• Support sales training activities, including onboarding new hires and product knowledge development.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 3-5 years of related experience in sales analytics.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with third-party data sources such as NIQ, Circana, and SPINS.
• Must be based in or able to work from Eagle, ID, USA.
• Ability to travel independently up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within the Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors.
• Ability to work with raw retailer data, including POS, panel, and loyalty data.
• Experience with space management software like Space Planning or Blue Yonder.
