Salary: $94,728 - $151,572

What you will do

• Deliver standardized, reliable, and timely reporting across the region and line units.
• Establish and evolve a consistent regional operating model aligned with Reporting Center of Excellence standards.
• Partner with Corporate Reporting to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, definitions, and controls.
• Collaborate with automation teams to identify opportunities to standardize and optimize reporting processes.
• Oversee the consolidation of reporting activities to improve transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Manage prioritization, capacity planning, and demand management for regional reporting work.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nashville, TN and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Working knowledge of business processes and how reporting supports operational needs.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data using designated software.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
