What you will do

• Assemble and integrate semiconductor process tools from frame to mechanical completion.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on detailed engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring, fitment, and plumbing issues in real time to keep production on schedule.
• Communicate design discrepancies to engineering to drive continuous product and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate production logs for all build steps and modifications for traceability.
• Mentor less experienced technicians during complex build phases and promote safe practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school degree is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in equipment assembly or manufacturing involving mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
• Must be able to work 1st shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in stainless steel tubing and Swagelok fitting installation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and fluid diagrams.
• Basic metalworking skills, including drilling and tapping.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and SolidWorks.
• Experience with production tracking systems.
