What you will do

• Prepare ultra-thin specimens and perform TEM analysis to support process, product development, and failure analysis.
• Utilize dual beam FIB for sample preparation and TEM for advanced imaging and analysis.
• Execute technical functions supporting fabrication, technology development, and process integration.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of all technical procedures and results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve non-standard technical problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, US.
• Ability to work night shift compressed work week schedule.
• Degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science) OR 1+ years of lab/manufacturing experience.
• Technical Certification in TEM sample preparation or imaging, or 1+ years of military-relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with sample preparation using FIB/SEM.
• Experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation.
