What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor automatic or semi-automatic high-speed inserting equipment.
• Interpret production orders to ensure client requirements are met before execution.
• Assemble printed materials into final products and prepare them for distribution.
• Evaluate output quality, including color matching and accuracy, to meet standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs on production machinery.
• Resolve system issues proactively and collaborate with experienced operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on-site in South Windsor, CT.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret technical documentation.
