What you will do
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for managed bill review capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions, such as document intelligence and anomaly detection, to improve efficiency.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, epics, and user stories.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure enterprise-grade features.
- Define and track success metrics, product performance, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and drive agile execution across a distributed global team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally in legal tech or finance.
- Proven experience delivering products for Fortune 1000 environments with configurable deployment needs.
- Familiarity with AI concepts including Generative AI assistants, RAG, and intelligent document processing.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and iterating based on insights.
- Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- Familiarity with legal billing, matter management, or ERP finance systems.
- Experience using modern collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AI productivity tools.
