What you will do

• Orchestrate high-velocity workflows using agentic coding tools to accelerate feature prototyping and test coverage.
• Define architectural guardrails and review AI-accelerated output for security, scalability, and alignment.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and application layers for hundreds of users.
• Partner with product, client services, and data science teams to transform raw pipeline outputs into actionable insights.
• Take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to bulletproof production systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. with eligibility for visa transfer if required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven fluency in using agentic coding tools like Cursor AI or Claude.
• Experience designing and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing the full feature development lifecycle, including scope definition and data modeling.
