What you will do

• Assist with monthly financial close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review customer revenue contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition and policy compliance.
• Support accounts payable processes and handle audit documentation requests.
• Document, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key financial activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Conduct research and prepare ad hoc financial analyses.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum availability of 16 hours per week scheduled around university classes.
