What you will do

• Manage advanced engineering escalations for cloud-connected endpoint services, device enrollment, and authentication failures.
• Resolve endpoint compliance issues and perform asset/device reconciliation.
• Bridge operational tickets into long-term engineering remediation to improve system stability.
• Validate SIEM/EDR telemetry and monitor endpoint compliance coverage.
• Support VPN/VDI access and implement passwordless authentication using YubiKey, CAC, or software keys.
• Develop and maintain secure workstation image baselines and imaging/patching automation runbooks.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, endpoint, cloud support engineering, or cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering.
• Expertise with Intune registration, Autopilot, Entra/AD conditional access, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR telemetry validation and endpoint compliance monitoring.
