Salary: $55,200 – $126,000 per year

What you will do

• Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, sales, and training literature.
• Develop solutions to technical documentation problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and cybersecurity teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Review and guide the activities of junior employees.

Requirements

• Experience producing technical documentation in a DoD, defense contractor, or government-regulated environment.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD documentation practices, CDRLs, and DIDs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience with systems engineering, cybersecurity compliance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), or software development.
• Experience developing documentation for classified programs.
• Knowledge of Agile or DevSecOps methodologies.
• Understanding of DoD acquisition processes.
